The Challenge
The existing air conditioning layout needed to be reworked after ceiling, flexible duct and grille removal. The job required a clean reconfiguration of supply and return air systems, updated room air distribution, and improved airflow transfer between enclosed spaces to suit the new fitout.
Our Solution
We removed the existing supply air plenum and installed a new plenum, new supply air duct, spigots with balancing dampers, new supply and return air flexible duct, four-way ceiling diffusers with cushion boxes, a new return air capper box and grille, replacement return air filter, new wall controller, and return air transfer systems to each of the three consult rooms. We also connected the condensate drain to the existing line and supplied door grilles for installation by others.
